Salt Spray Tester has been used to simulate the condition for corrosion resistance. The NaCl solution is sprayed on the specimens with control of
temperature, pressure, flow rate and humidity. Test duration depends on type of material and coating. For regular surface, the test commonly use
only NaCl to be solution, this testing called "Natural Salt Spray (NSS)". For higher resistance, the solution have to fill the Acetic Acid which
specified the test type is "AASS Test". For the highest resistance, the Copper-Accelerated Acetic Acid be added to the solution and test temperature also
be raised, this type called "CASS Test".
